The delivery time of items depends on the location of the customer and payment methods. You can check the delivery time of each item by selecting the destination country in the product page. Refer to the table below for more details:

We do not ship any precious metal and gemstone items to Kuwait.
The Luxury Closet provides all possible payment options for our customer’s convenience. Cash on Delivery (COD), Cash on Location (COL), Bank Transfer (BT), Credit Card (CC) and PayPal being some of them. Please note some payment methods might be unavailable for specific destination countries or new customers.
In certain cases, for payments made via Credit Card, we might get in touch with you to request for additional personal documents, such as a passport copy or ID card, in order to confirm your order. This is required to verify the identity of the buyer and protect the cardholder against any possibility of fraudulent payments.
The Luxury Closet works with sellers and collectors across the world to maintain an accurate listings of their items online. In rare cases, we may be unable to successfully deliver items because of a mismatch in live inventory listings with our partners. In such cases, The Luxury Closet may cancel such orders if an item is unavailable, and make a full refund if the order has been paid for. The placement of an order does not guarantee delivery of an item.
The Luxury Closet is not liable for delay in orders because of custom clearances at destination.
The Luxury Closet will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE. Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials (e.g. crocodile skin) to certain countries. Please contact Customer Service Department for more information.
Custom Duties / Taxes:
Our items are shipped from Dubai, UAE. Almost all countries apply customs duty on import of goods. The customers will be required to pay the customs duty upon delivery of the items. Please ensure to check duty rates for your country. You can use dutycalculator.com as a reference guide.
KSA, Kuwait and Bahrain: An additional 5% customs duty fee is charged upon checkout from the website; no additional customs fees will be required in this case.
Rest of the world: Custom duties applies on orders placed via cash on delivery (COD), credit card (CC), bank transfer (BT), PayPal, and installments via Payfort are collected by the courier partner directly at the time of delivery.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
Please note COD charges depend on the geographical location of delivery.
An additional fees of AED 30 or USD 8 is applied for UAE Cash on Delivery orders. There is no upper limit for the order values in UAE.
For COD orders to KSA, 5% customs duty fee of the order value of the item is applicable and is explicitly mentioned on the invoice on the checkout.
There is no upper limit for the order values.
Cash on delivery is available in Oman for orders under USD 800 only. Customs duty if and wherever applicable will be collected by the courier partner directly.
Kuwait and Bahrain:
There is no upper limit for Cash on Delivery (COD) to Kuwait and Bahrain. Customs duty charge of 5% is applied at the checkout if the order value is less than USD 1000. Please note that COD is not applicable on fine jewelry and precious metal watches.
*Note: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders the buyer is obligated to pay the amount due at the time of delivery. Refusal to accept shipment will lead to legal implications including ban on any future orders.
Bank Transfer payments:
We accept payments through bank transfer for some countries. Please contact our customer service team to learn more. Full amount must be received by us via bank transfer for the order to be confirmed. Charges (payment and refund) are responsibility of the buyers.
Credit Card Payments:
We accept payments through credit cards, except American Express. The cards are charged on site via our secure payment partners checkout.com or payfort.com for the amount of the order value. Credit card companies may have additional charges based on the currency of your card.
Pay and Reserve Plan:
The Luxury Closet allows you to reserve your favorite item and purchase it over time. Instead of paying one lump sum, our simple ‘Pay and Reserve’payment plan allows you to pay for your purchase in batches. Simply by paying 25% (or more) of the price of the item up front, you can reserve it and pay the rest in one or more payments over a period of 30 days. Payment can be made by Credit Card, Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash on Delivery (In the GCC). Just click on ‘Pay and Reserve’ and proceed through the checkout process. You can complete your payment by logging in to www.theluxurycloset.com and clicking on My Account and then My Purchases. You will find a button reading "Complete Order" or "Make a Payment" which would show you your balance and allow you to proceed to checkout.The item will be sent to you after the full payment has been completed.
Our ‘Pay and Reserve’ plan is completely interest free, however, if payment is incomplete after 30 days of reservation, an extension fee of 5% of your total order value will be charged per month.
Orders once placed can be cancelled with a 25% charge on item value. The maximum time an order can be reserved under this plan is 2 months after which it would be automatically cancelled.
The Luxury Closet promises you 100% satisfaction on purchasing from our site. We offer a 3 day return policy, that is, if you are not satisfied with the item when you receive it, we will offer you your money back. However, items marked as ‘No returns on this item’ once purchased such items cannot be returned.

Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment (orders paid by cash will be refunded through cheque or bank transfer)
Refund amount includes 100% the value of the item, but does not include the shipping fee or any custom duties paid for importation, nor any additional charges charged by your credit card provider. In case an order is cancelled before delivery, the refund will also the include shipping fee if its is a paypal or credit card order.
Refunds are processed in 7 days after the item is received by us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: HOW DOES IT WORK?
Returns are simple! Please contact our customer service team so we can help you with getting the item back and completing the returns process.
Customer Service should be contacted within 3 days of receipt of the item. The customer service team will assist you in arranging the return. Refund price includes only the cost of the item, and does not include any shipping fee paid, or custom duties. Items must be received by us in the same condition as when shipped with all tags intact.
Please note that we mark our final sale items as ‘No return on this item’, once purchased such items cannot be returned.
Returns within GCC (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait):
Please contact our customer service team to let them know that you would like to make a return, by live chat, phone or email. Returns are free, which means we take care of the collection of the item. Payments made by cash can be refunded by bank transfer (applicable charges apply) or cheque (only within U.A.E). Payments via card are refunded back to the card.
A $25 Restocking fees will be applied to any returned orders from Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman.
Returns for USA and other countries:
Please contact our customer service team to let them know that you would like to make a return, by live chat, phone or email. Items must be sent back to us through a registered courier with delivery tracking and are the responsibility of the buyer. Once we receive the item, we will make a refund on your credit card or paypal account. For returns from USA, the most cost effective method to send us an item back is through USPS. Please make sure to include our PO Box no: 502626 Dubai, UAE along with the address below.
Sending your item through express courier:
- Package the return items securely, preferably using the original shipping box. Be sure to include all original packaging and enclosed materials including invoice, authenticity cards, and dustbags.
